CANADA PADEL FEDERATION NATIONAL PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT FUND
The National Programming and Development Fund (NPDF) is the driving force behind the growth and future of padel in Canada. Established by the Canada Padel Federation (CPF), the NPDF ensures that the sport thrives by supporting grassroots development, empowering coaching excellence, and fostering accessibility for all.
Our Mission
The NPDF is dedicated to building a strong foundation for padel, making it accessible to communities across the country. By investing in local programs and supporting ambitious projects, the fund helps create opportunities for players of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels to enjoy the sport.
How the NPDF Makes a Difference
- Grassroots Development
The NPDF breathes life into community initiatives that introduce padel to new players. From hosting youth programs to building new courts in underserved areas, we’re committed to ensuring that padel is available to anyone inspired to play.
- Coaching Programs
Strong coaches create strong players. The NPDF supports programs that train and develop coaches who can lead the next generation of athletes. By providing top-tier education and resources, we’re empowering mentors to help padel enthusiasts reach their full potential.
- Accessibility Initiatives
Everyone deserves a chance to play. That’s why the NPDF reduces barriers for individuals with disabilities and underrepresented communities by improving facilities and implementing inclusive programs designed for all.
Shaping the Future of Padel in Canada
The NPDF’s work doesn’t stop at development—it creates lasting impacts. By uniting communities, nurturing talent, and opening doors for all to join, we’re ensuring Canada becomes a global leader in padel. Every dollar contributed to the NPDF brings us closer to building a sport that inspires, connects, and elevates.
